Like many women of a certain age, I have trouble sleeping.
Granted insomnia is not a phenomenon pertaining just to women. Everyone at one point in time has had trouble sleeping. Even if it was only when you were a kid and you were waiting up for Santa Claus.
What keeps you awake? Excitement, stress, fear, hormones, general anxiety?
